Exam #______________ Moskovitz: Con Law II/Final/SP11 Page 2 of 3 QUESTION I 80% of grade To: My law clerk From: Deputy City Attorney, City & County of San Francisco The City owns and operates the local baseball park (called “AT&T Park”), where the San Francisco Giants play games. Up to 40,000 people might attend the games. The City shares revenues from ticket sales with the Giants. When the City acquired the ballpark, the Mayor announced: “We intend to provide good wholesome entertainment for the fans, instill spirited support for the Giants and the City, and make a few bucks while we’re at it.” Our Police Department provides police services during the games. We’ve had a number of problems with unruly fans getting drunk and starting fights – often because another fan yells out support for a visiting team. (Recently, at another city’s ballpark, a fan who supported a visiting team was attacked by home team fans and almost killed.) I’ve been working with the Police Chief on some possible remedies.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
