have confidence even if you don’t. It makes you want to come in and nail the interview. The How and When of Goal Setting

resolutions before. This article gives several tips on how to set attainable
goals. One of my favorite quotes from it is, "success requires clear
thought, decisive action, and deliberate reflection." The seven tips given were
to make your goals realistic, make your goals attainable, make your goals measurable, be
clear, be decisive, be reflective, and be accountable. I enjoyed the tips and they are
very relatable and relevant to me. I think the two most important steps are the first and
the last one. It's so important to not only keep your goals realistic, but you need
