You have one hour and thirty minutes (1 hr., 30 min.) to complete this exam. 2. This is a closed-book exam. 3. This exam consists of two parts , worth a total of one hundred (100) points . You are strongly encouraged to complete the exam in the following order: ° Part I consists of ten (10) multiple-choice questions and is worth thirty (30) points. You should allocate thirty (30) minutes to complete your response. Please mark your responses to the multiple choice questions on the separate “ParSCORE TEST FORM” using pen or pencil and following the instructions on that form. If you change your answer, place a clear X through the wrong answer and mark the correct answer. A machine will score the exam and any ambiguities will be counted as a wrong answer. Please note that some fact patterns have multiple questions associated with them. ° Part II consists of one (1) essay question that is worth seventy (70) points. You should allocate one hour (1) to complete your response. Please either type your response, or write your response in the blue books provided.
