Final Project Club IT part 3 Meshall Mayes September 22th 2013 The presentation I will be giving will be about the successes and the highlight goals of the Club IT and what they want to be done that will help them stay in line with the competitive market with the technology in today’s world. I will be giving an analysis of the Club as well as a short description of the business and what there demographic information, what there long and there short term goals and what strategic plan that they plan to achieve the goals they have for the business, and how the roles of the information systems will help to fulfill those roles. I will be giving a complete inventory of Club IT’s software, the current hardware, and all kinds of the telecommunications services that they are using. Also will be included is a detailed list of purposed services and the systems that are required and installed that will meet these goal, as well as a plan to come up some sort of budget that will help pay for everything that is needed. Introduction Organization Description and demographic Information. For the most part Club It is one of the most new hip and upcoming nightclubs that has only been opened for a couple months now, It also seems to be very successful at this point. One thing people might not know about the Club is that the owners Lisa Tejada, and Ruben Keys, both graduated from college and both of them received a degree in Business Management. It might also be known that while both of them where taking curricula in college, both of them are musicians in some shape, form, and fashion. Ruben was on the drums and Lisa was playing the jazz Violin this allowed them to both have a different look at the club from their eyes, and allowed both of them to function at different nightclubs and it helped the both of them to earn money to get them throw school. Lisa and Ruben are responsible for most of the clubs clientele are net generation or millennial (for those people who will use the mobile app for their technology needs) and it will consist on everyone being the age of 21 or older. Goal and Strategy Since the long and the short term goals for Club IT, is for them make the most of their business information technology systems and for them to impact the environment that is tranquil and safe so that everyone may congregate and interact as well as stipulate a strong movement for a new up and coming clientele to use in the club, for the existing clientele to remain loyal to the club and hopefully one day for them to open a second Club It. First we should examine the nightclubs need for entertainment such goals. As we all know Club IT is calling to a certain age group that is ranging from 21 and older clientele only.
