abstain; (v) not mislead or exaggerate one’s likelihood of winning; (vi) not be instructional in nature or unduly exhort the public to bet; (vii) not feature excessive or reckless betting; and (viii) not present lotteries/football/horse race betting as an alternative
to work or a way out of financial difficulties.
