MGT4102 Management Consulting Scheller College of Business Course Content Introduce students to consulting frameworks and methods; simulate consulting project activities and situations; and network students with practicing consulting professionals from a variety of global and local firms 1. Develop an understanding of the nature and rigor of business consulting and to develop skills in business consulting fundamentals. 2. Learn how to identify, analyze, and negotiate consulting opportunities – important in building a practice or progressing upward within an existing one. 3.
