The improvement and greater development will take plan and progress which can be seen fromthe operational activities that the college have been doing. The college has been looking for suitable locationfor new campuses which will be in Brisbane and Sydney. It is the expansion strategies that the college take inorder to drive the growth. At the same time, recruitment is conducted to fill out position for new campuseswith high-quality staff members and trainers.With the expansion strategies and two new campuses, the college will have to improve its marketing strategieswhich as following:Offering online blended learning which is the lifestyle of today’s trend.Improving the college’s website.Offering attractive fee structures to clients.Continually improving communication channel especially for the additional two new campuses so thatthe college able to get accurate information to facilitate effective planning and decision making.
