But this is only on paper. The part of renewable energy is still lower than in reality. This makes it difficult for the Norwegian companies to keep positive climate accounts. In 2007, Norway produced more renewable energy than it used, but at the same time renewable energy does not make up more than 82% in the Norwegian Water Resources and Energy Directorate’s so-called commodity declaration on national consumption.
