tion, the program’s conclusions contributed to
the development of an action plan. It will help
to improve the internal training system, increase
the number of experienced internal trainers and
multiply positive impacts from sharing lessons
and best practices through internal training

Based on a large number of criteria including strength and depth of leadership
practices, culture, examples of developing
world class leaders, business performance
and company reputation the TITAN Group
ranked first in Europe and 8th in the world
for 2009 receiving a global distinction regarding the development of human capital
and leadership competencies.
