Phosphatidyl serine (PS), Phosphatidyl ethanolamine (PE), and Phosphatidyl inositol (PI), will be reduced more compared to PC. In this case, the cytoplasmic surface of the Golgi will be exposed to the enzyme, but the internal (luminal) surface (corresponding to the exoplasmic surface) will not. Since the cytoplasmic surface has more PS, PE, and PI, more of those will be cleaved. 2.
