You included some costs, but use a table with a “total” row to allow you to see all your marketing costs. You nicely used some paragraph headings to transition the reader between topics, but include more “topic headings”. I also recommend having an introductory paragraph for each section that includes a reference on that topic. For example, instead of immediately discussing your strengths, have a paragraph that tells the reader what a SWOT analysis is and provides. Any size business needs a marketing strategy and plan to set them apart from everyone else. In any industry companies need to get the word out that they are there, and that they have something that you want. I face the same challenges with my company. This is not a new concept that Adrenaline Sports is attempting, but it is a one of a kind project that will set us apart from others because we will offer something that others don’t. But without marketing there is no use because nobody will know who we are and what we can do for them. Just like the business plan for Adrenaline Sports, the marketing strategy and implementation will be done in stages. Each stage will coexist with the stages of growth we will encounter. The first goal of our marketing is to gain exposure for our online business. This will be done in several ways. The website will be designed professionally because web design is not something any of our team has experience with. Therefore outsourcing this will be in our best interest. If we attempt to do this with programs that guide you I feel that there will be a lack of professional looking aspects and it will not show that we are a serious business.
