2I will demonstrate what I have learned throughout this course. I will be doing so byexpressing how I will potentially open and design my positive learning environment for smallchildren. I hope to be able to create a high-quality learning environment for little minds. When I have the space and potential budget for a high-quality setup, the environment Iwould like to create would have the walls painted colorful light pastel colors. Having it colorfulis fun and attractive to the eye. However, pastels are a less distracting type of color, Pastel colorsare also more welcoming type of color. For students, it will have cubbies for all of the kids to putpersonal belongings into safely. It will be set up for individuals to have separate desks andgrouped desks or at least set up for easy transition into and out of this type. There will be acarpet/circle time area. A carpet that is colorful and has separated spots for children to pick theirown spaces on the carpet. There will be different stations for play. These stations will be set upto help with different developmental functions to practice. Outdoor set up will have rubberbounce like mat. This mat will be covering the ground in case of a fall it is a soft and safer fall. Itwill be a colorful design. There will be age-appropriate toys such as balls to play catch, blocks tobuild and it would be nice to have a garden to give them an opportunity to watch something theyplanted grow. This is a creation of a happy colorful appearance with also a comfortable homelikefeel will help the child adjust especially if this is their first place to be without family.
