Research Method All the information was collected through face to face interview of different internal company's members and observation. Some information collected from website and some other relevant sources. Both primary and secondary data sources were used to generate this report. Primary data collect from: MD Rashed mosharrof Position: Head of HR and admin. Company: AM beverage unit Coca-Cola,comilla. Executive summery In this report we basically try to identify the factors, stakeholders, and structure which have to affect the coca cola company. We know it is the renowned company in the world. Here we identify the factors both specific and external that have to influence the organization. The specific factors are customers, suppliers, competitors and others that influence the organization directly. Those factors make efficient the organizational operation as know who are their customer who their competitor and other pressure group help to make them perfect. On the other external factors make several situations that need to do different action. Here coca cola always necessary to analysis the external environment to reduce the threaten situation. The essential Stakeholders in an association or business incorporate clients, lenders, representatives, chiefs, associations, providers, the legislature and its offices, and the network that the organization gets its assets which influenced by the activities, targets, and approaches of an association. At last coca cola the organizational structure which is the composite view of organization That describes what employee do, whom they report to, and the way selections are made throughout the enterprise.
