Household Paper Products US February 2020 (Usage of Household Paper Products) The Mintel report summary found that in 2013 78% of consumers purchased boxed facial tissue. However, in 2019 the percentage dropped down to 65%. The drops seem to be caused by consumers finding toilet paper, paper towels and paper napkins to do the job facial tissues do. Also, the decline is caused by younger generations switching to durable cleaning cloths, which are less expensive and more eco-friendly. (
