Gilmore English 3, Sec. 30 RRJ #3 October 11, 2007 The Value of Human Life and its Purposes The four classes mentioned in the beginning of this article remind me of evolution. Moreover, the fact that humans take a longer time to grow up and mature, although we are more advanced, is also an important facet of evolution that I learned in high school biology class. Other than that, I find this article very similar to those about Christianity and Hinduism in that humans must devote themselves to God and that God is in control of all aspects of human life. However, it focuses more on what God has given humans than the other articles. Although I dont quite agree with the teachings that humans must devote themselves to God, its really refreshing to read an article about Islam that does not mention jihad or any other political issues in todays Islamic world.
