Kroymann 1 Ethan Kroymann Professor Bolin BSAD 101 October 24, 2012 Reflection Over the past few months, I have had the opportunity to take BSAD 101, a class that would prove to be more valuable to me than I could ever imagine. This class has given the opportunity to learn a lot about myself now. It also has showed me how I want to approach my future career in business. I will use this essay to reflect on my experiences in BSAD. Coming in to this class, I was an unsure freshman who knew one thing; I wanted to major in business. I kind of had a general idea that I wanted to pursue a career in Supply Chain Management. This idea led me to enroll at the University of Nebraska- Lincoln. Now, I am still on the same track I had planned. To further ensure a career in Supply Chain Management, I decided to switch my major to the Supply Chain Major. With a major in this field, I should be able to find a steady job easily once I graduate. I also should make a fairly high salary. Looking forward, I see myself getting my masters degree before I pursue a career. Once I obtain this, I plan on working for a large company. After a while, I would like to work my way up within the company and eventually become a Chief Executive Officer. I feel that with good grades in college, lots of hard work, and a master’s degree, this goal could easily be obtainable.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
