ASSIGNMENT 3.22Synopsis of ModuleDuring this shadow health module, the patient, Tina Jones is a 28-year-old African American woman who presented to the clinic for evaluation.History of Present Illness and Subjective DataShe presents with a one-week history of itchy eyes, a runny nose, and a sore, itchy throat.She states that her eyes are itchy and sometimes get red, denies swelling, and she denied the use of eye drops or medications for her eye symptoms. She reports that her nose is “constantly running," the mucus is thin and clear, she denies stuffiness in her nose and stuffiness or pain in her sinuses. Tina did not try any medications for the relief of her nasal symptoms. She reports herthroat pain 4/10 that is the worst morning and increases slightly with swallowing. Throat lozenges 5-6 per day and increased water intake have helped reduce her pain. She denies cough, fever, chills, fatigue, body aches, trouble breathing, or any recent sick contacts. Tina has never been diagnosed with seasonal or environmental allergies, but does report that her sister has hay fever. After a review of present illness, we went through subjective data collection that included past medical history, allergies, medication, social history, immunization, history, family history, and a review of symptoms.
