Hello Eiesha,The first time I received feedback from my current job was after three months when my review came up after my probation period had ended. At the time, my senior told me in a somewhat condescending tone that I needed to work on my time management skills a lot more because I was working too slow for her. Even though she gave it to me in a rather unconventional way, I took it as constructive criticism. I decided to formulate a plan so that I'll practice it every day until I have improved on it. The only way I believe you can become better at the skills you have are to practice them frequently until it becomes a natural part of your daily routine. Today I'm looking back on it, and I'm thankful my senior at the time gave me a hard time because it motivated me to become better. Currently, my time management skill is on point, and I now have a lot more free time to complete other tasks that I usually would not have had any time for.
