Logan Rice Discussion and Conclusions: Introduction to Chemical Measurements September 2, 2011 1. The volumetric glassware with the largest standard deviation was the volumetric pipet with the unknown. The glassware with the smallest was the 100-mL graduated cylinder. The largest relative percent error went to the graduated cylinder. The smallest relative percent error went to the buret. The results do make sense to me. I believe the largest percent error was caused by it being the first experiment and I was just starting so I was not in the groove and completely pouring perfectly. As I kept doing the experiments, I got more accurate and precise. However I think the graduated cylinder should have a small percent error
