The leadership paradox can be defined as the role of the leader to coach, lead the team, makedecisions, develop the team, push employees limit to reach their limits, be at the backgroundwhile letting other members lead. Leaders may create their own sub-cultures within theorganization. It is always important and a challenge a leader to manage, influence, and motivatethe team members at the same time. Only the best leaders can play all these roles to reach thegoal while motivating all the team members to improve in their filed of work and improve in allaspects of work.
