From 2017 the Sales and Services of the Group from the four(4) major subsidiaries marked up by 12% change, making the revenue increased by P2.1B or 2%from the previous year, and reducing the Operating Expenses by 7%. The Financial positionsremains sound and competitive despite the dip profitability. The DMCI Homes subsidiaryrecorded a 9 % increase in the income contribution of the Company, DMCI Power registered aP106 million increase in income or 30-percent change from P359 million to P465 million of
2017.
