Andrew Holzman 2/06/08 EPD 155-6 Title: Road Trips Don’t Have to End After College Goal of the paper: The goal of this paper is to summarize and analyze the effectiveness of an Air Force ROTC advertisement. Thesis: Using the imagery of an anonymous soldier and creatively wording their ad, the Air Force ROTC effectively appeals to ambitious male and female college students with ideas of leaving the boring office job world to do something adventurous; also, the ad calls for students to experience true independence for the first time. What makes the ad so effective is the enticing image of a faceless soldier surveying a beautiful landscape from a helicopter.

The strongest part of the paper is probably the body paragraphs, however after I revise my thesis the body paragraphs will need more work too. What is weakest part of the paper?
