2 Organizational behavior are the good practical skills when dealing with people. It is an important factor in any organization. A lot of people prefer to work for large companies with good working conditions and a better social culture. The Human Resource manager in any company is expected to have skills to deal and work the his/her team effectively, address the expectations of clients, address and solve employee’s problems. A good manager will make sure that there are mechanisms to retain the skilled and performing employees. Studying organizational behavior is important to understand the influence of an individual as well as the team members towards the growth of the organization. The areas of management that are important to look at are the behavior and the conduct of the leadership. Understand how different groups are functioning, the way in which work has been structured and designed, and how changes are handled in the organization (Robbins, 2019) . There are other factors also which address organizational behavior such as motivation, resolution, communication between the employees and negotiating around conflicts, the attitude of the employees and general employee well-being in the workplace. Organizations are also required to address ethical behaviours, address the issues that comes with the management of diverse workforce and tracking and analyzing the impact cause by the presence of internet and online platforms. Understanding all these factors are useful in addressing organizational behaviours in many firms. Social media is a major factor the influences organizational behavior. It is a weapon in which if used can be both beneficial and destructive (Robbins, 2019) . It is a weapon that can vastly affect the working
