To ensure the business afloat is kept, the owners of the businesseshave found that they have to provide the supper quality goods at a lower cost, employstrategies that were uniquely suited for the business to utilize the current businesstrends and very quick in changing the issues affecting the business.Good leadership is one of the important things in the organization. To sustain thebusiness has to evade the face of problems that are caused by the fast growth of theeconomic environment (HENDERSON et al., 2009). In many organizations, leaders arerequired to control and be in charge of the operations of the company and effectiveleaders are in a position to set achievable goals and objectives while leading theorganization towards achieving goals using effective strategies and approaches.Besides, leaders have a duty of influencing their employees and ensure they aremotivated hence strengthening the positive organizational culture and through generousemployee benefits such as the medical insurance, compensation of the employees,leave benefits, and others.Cardno, (2005) states that same as love, leadership is needed globally, but it is hard todefine explicitly and the concept of leadership is widely used every part of the world.This concept made its way into the general literature across the last 100 years and hasmade an entry into health sciences.
