Chaz Hoecker HLTH 3350 Choosing a Successor Case Outline #1 All three candidates Taneshia, Felipe, and Amanda all have great credentials for the leadership opportunity and each have done very well for the company itself. However, each candidate has his or her strengths and weaknesses. Taneshia has the least experience with the Center at just 3 years but has done well to increase the Center’s reimbursement and also take the Center a step forward with technology. She has done this by implementing electronic health records, even though it is difficult. Her directive management style leads her to be a good motivator and communicator with her subordinates. Her weakness is thinking she knows more about her department than anyone else. Taneshia does not take criticism very well. Rumors have circled about her accuracy of reporting but the Center remains fine with the local regulators. Taneshia provides good technical and interpersonal skills.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
