Chaz Hoecker HLTH 3350 Case Outline #2 Previous Night Patient o Mrs. Bee Was lying in bed after morning physical therapy and began to feel like she couldn’t breathe Previous night had bad spasms in her left calf and immediately let Nurse Karing know Nurse Karing believed Mrs. Bee was showing symptoms of thrombosis Caretaker o Nurse Karing Proceeded to order STAT venous Doppler X-ray to rule out the thrombosis Notified Dr. Cural by paging him to let him know about Mrs. Bee’s symptoms Physician o Dr. Cural Aggravated after a long day of work, did not want to be bothered Shouted into the phone to cancel the test, Nurse Karing does so
