Chaz Hoecker HLTH 3350 Case Reflection #5 In this particular case as a group we were challenged with many different scenarios all pertaining to one thing which was compiling a team to put together and handle a cash budget. Deciding which personnel we needed to complete the task showed a management principle by process. This principle that stood out to me was the staffing principle. We had to decide that we wanted people such as accountants, internal auditors, a controller, and obviously managers. The department that is a big part in the staffing is the human resources department. They deal with everything that involves hiring personnel like interviews, training, etc. Another principle involved was planning. We needed to hire these people so that they could plan and organize the cash budget for Happy Town Neurology. Along with the planning and organizing of the budget comes maintaining the budget. Managers need to look at the budget daily to check for changes in variable costs and the cash inflows and outflows.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
