As an organization that operates and functions just likeExelon, we take this situation very serious. This memo summarizes the findings of thecompany’s organizational culture, climate, and ethical decision-making processes here at ExelonCorporation. The culture and climate are closely related and can impact each other.Culturerefers to the way an organization function, while the climate refers to shared awareness of howthe company operates (Kuppler, 2015).
