Military Event Description Relationship to the Outcome of the Revolutionary War Concord and Lexington The military events that had led up to the Concord and Lexington battle was the British were coming to stop a arms cache they heard was in Concord but were met by heavy fire in Lexington. The Battle of Lexington and Concord was the beginning of the revolutionary war and during this long war is when the American colonies won their independence from the British. Fort Ticonderoga The Military events that happen were the French & Indian war had taken place which lead to the French wanting to control the lakes outlets as well as the British. I would say that the relationship is has to the outcome of the Revolutionary war was that this fort allowed for the Americans to have a key defensive position as well as a jump off point for the invasion from the Americans to Canada. Second Continental Congress The Second Continental Congress was because of British soldiers firing into crowds as well as the attempts made at Lexington and Concord.
