The main roots of the downfall actually were lead byMughal Emperor Akbar, because of giving excess room to Hindus and Rajputs at his time.The Power of the Mughal Empire in the 18th century was like only the title without anyauthority or control remaining with the Mughals. It was just like a green lush forest without anyanimals decomposed and fragile. And as a result it fell down soon.Apart of the 17thand 18thcentury being the age of discovery of science and technology but theMuslims did not benefitted from it and were not up to date with it, so the was a big lack ofEducation in Muslims back then.Muslims war power and weapons were thoroughly outdated as Muslims did not bat an eyeupon updation process and also not upgrading to Naval forces like the Britishers.The Mughal throne in 18th century took very little interest in affairs of states. The court of Dehlibecome the head of disorder. Mughal were just like a puppet on the hand of corrupt officers it issaid that they ran away from duty but ran after heavily.Apart from the other causes the collapse of the Mughal empire was the attack of Nadir shahfrom Afghanistan. That attack was a severe blow to the Mughal empire. After that Britishersstruck the last nail to the coffin of Mughal empire.ESTABLISHMENT OF BRITISH RULE:First British EIC was established in 1600’s when Governor of Gujrat granted permission toBritishers for trade relations. They then built their roots in the subcontinent soon and weresuccessful to capture the subcontinent at a time.
