Assessment 3
Building an effective cybersecurity program is like building a three-legged stool. It requires a commitment to people, processes, and technology. All three must be working together to support the weight of your program. If one area is lacking, the other two can’t support the weight. If you want a strong cybersecurity program, it requires an intentional focus on all these areas. While cybersecurity requires a long-term commitment, it is not extremely complex. There are basic, fundamental principles that any organization can utilize to create a secure environment for its data. First is to identify all types of data and sensitive date you store. Then define where that information is stored. You should take record of all hardware and software devices in your network. Then develop a plan to train employees and user on cybersecurity best practices. And implement multi-factor authentication for external network access.Strategies use for team formation

The bonds of unity which develop from members' concerted effort to achieve their common goals are considered indicative of group cohesion. The commitment to the task had a significant and positive relationship with performance, while group attractiveness and group pride were not significantly related to performance. Furthermore, thereis apositiverelationship between the degree of cohesiveness and the performance of a group. Although the direction of causality between performance and cohesiveness is still disputed (in fact, cohesiveness and performance seem to mutually influence one another), cohesive groups are likely to outperform no cohesive ones if the following two preconditions are met: First, the group has to be tied together by task (rather than social) cohesiveness. Second, the norms and standards in the group have to encourage excellence. Indeed, if the norm in a group encourages low performance, increasing cohesiveness will result in lower instead of higher performance. Thus, depending on the norms
