Leadership Development by IBM Productive and good leaders come in allshapes and sizes, I learned. Every working environment, circumstance, problem, or event is unique,and each leader is unique in their own way. To become better leaders, it is always best to learn fromcurrent leaders and draught leadership growth strategies. My personal leadership growth strategyallows me to understand my current situation and where I want to be as a better leader in the future.CRITICAL EVALUATIONTraits of a good leader: -Solving problem creatively.I realized that an efficient leader should possess a variety of characteristics and attributesthat will assist them in becoming good leaders. To handle his subordinates safely and effectively, heshould have proper management skills. A leader's personal qualities are crucial. It describes how anindividual builds self-awareness, manages daily tension, and solves both personal andorganizational goals in an objective and innovative manner. Effective leaders are those who canfind solutions to tough problems in a constantly evolving world, which is based on good problem-solving abilities.
