Ariza Muci Chapter 9 case The chapter 9 case would concentrate on air force controller’s positions and their difficulties. Today as well also hundreds years ago we had a lot of airplanes flying over seas. People want to visit nowadays more and more cities other states, probably to face other cultures, to “practice” other languages, or just for a visit as a raise in the economy probably. Anyways the case is focused on air controllers and their difficulties at their job, meaning how they have to deal with over-time shifts, stress and a very great ability they need to have so they can take decision fast enough to take over situations, as in the one described in the case. In connection with that I would even mention that there are about 5000 airplanes in the skies over United States and they have to handle around 87000 flights. Only in a year 64 million takeoffs and landings. Only the numbers are overwhelming enough, so their job is not easy we can see that. 1)What about you? Do you think that you could handle the kind of stress that air traffic controllers face on their job? Why or why not?
