In order to expand Wofford’s student body in years to come we’re going to have to make some residential expansions and improvements. Residential housing must be constructed. The housing must be safe for college students to live in; it must be located in a fairly convenient location, and most of all it must stay within our financial boundaries. Our first option would be to purchase more land. This land would most likely come from behind our current senior housing, which is already slightly inconvenient. Also, it would require the purchase and development of the low-income housing that occupies the space currently, which would be very heavy on our checkbook. The second option would be to build between our tennis facility and the Gibbs Football stadium. This would be a convenient location for students, but it would leave little room for parking during home sporting events. Our third option would be to reconfigure our
