Shalom and bruchim ha’ba’im (hi and welcome) to your second semester Hebrew class. This course is a direct continuation of Hebrew 1001. You are expected to know to read and to write in cursive and print, to conjugate Pa’al and Pi’el verbs in the present tense, to create simple noun and verb sentences and to love the Hebrew language. At the end of the semester you will: 1. Know and be able to use correctly the present, past and infinitive forms of verbs in Pa’al and Pi’el 2. Know the declension of two prepositions and the sentence structures to use them
