When Barack Obama created and presented the Affordable Care Act (ACA) to the Congress, he wanted the Congress, House of Representatives, and the White House Healthcare Forum to express the millions that are living without health insurance, which is from and of the implications that some of the healthcare plans offer. Plus, the policy supply and demand can also differ from the standing “goods or service” of what is being presented. In the case of “U.S. House of Representatives v. Burwell”, postulated that on “July 30thof 2014, the House had voted225 to 201, which resulted in favor of the founding resolution to the lawsuit that was filed towards the Obama Administration.”[ CITATION Boe14 \l 1033 ]. Meaning in other words, another factor that falls into the public policy of healthcare and its association with the Affordable Care Act (ACA), is the explanation of the effects of the law of the ACA.
