 This slogan is an example of an Ad Hominem because it’s
attacking someone else and making them sound like they don’t
know what they are talking about, therefore attacking them.
 “Nixon’s the one”
o Hasty Generalization
 This slogan is an example of a hasty generalization because no
evidence exists to back up that Nixon is the one, also everyone
may not believe this statement maybe a small handful of people
but not everyone.
 “Remember the Alamo.”
o Non Sequitur
 This slogan is an example of Non Sequitur because it doesn’t have
a connection to anything it just occurs, remember the Alamo, that’s
it.
 “Make love, not war.”
o Non Sequitur
 This slogan is an example of Non Sequitur because love and war
have nothing in common, and nothing exists between the two parts
to explain their connection.
