427 Edgewood Avenue New Castle, PA 16105 April 28, 2014 Hon. Chris Sainato 20 South Mercer Street Z-Penn Building New Castle, PA 16101 Dear Mr. Sainato: I am writing with concern of the early education programs found here in Lawrence County. While there are many poverty stricken families receiving assistance, there is a lack of funding being made available to those who are just above the poverty line. This is causing more families to leave their children with a babysitter or in a Daycare program as opposed to a program designed to prepare their children for Kindergarten. I am now enrolled at Butler County Community College at Lawrence Crossing as a freshman, with a major in Nursing. My courses thus far have allowed me the opportunity to research a variety of current world and local issues. Education in Lawrence County has been the topic I have been looking at closely in recent weeks.

I would be happy to discuss this topic further with you, as well as discuss any possible campaigns that can be started. Please feel free to contact me at your earliest convenience. As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
