A1.1.a Narrative of Process
The first step in the process is developing a plan for the study, including the problem
statement, developing the research question(s), and determining the best instrument(s) to use to
generate data (Morgan, 2012). The data generated will be used to analyze and answer the
research question(s). The next step would be to collect the data. Our text provided us with 12
participants’ questionnaires, which contained six questions each. The questions asked revolved
around coarse recommendations, the student’s effort, the college they attended, and the tasks
they performed. There are two demographical questions related to gender and GPA.
The process that was put in place was based on consistent application of rules, acceptable
alterations, and assumption standards. The process that was performed on each questionnaire was

Update data on the questionnaire with corrections indicating the alterations that will be
made to the original data.

Upon review of the 12 questionaries, there were findings in 50% of the participants’ data.
