Why is it challenging to innovate, design, and develop services? As a customer or employee, have youwitnessed any service innovation or design effort in a health care organization? Elaborate.Services are known to be intangible and process oriented, therefore, it is impossible to recreatethe exact performance with every customer. For instance, when receiving a service at a restaurant wecannot expect obtaining the same care at another establishment.
