Organizationalbehavior management provides a practical approach for tackling a significant constituent ofevery imperfect healthcare system behavior. OBM seeks to employ and analyze antecedent,influencing the action of people before the action happens and consequences and whathappens as a result of someone's actions. Interference which influences the mission is the keyobjective of the organizations and its workers.
