At the outset of this study, three major problems were described, namely national culture conflicts, organizational culture conflicts, and the problem of interaction.Following that, five strategies were proposed to address the issues: understanding and appreciation for other cultures, improving communication skills, improving multicultural knowledge in the organization, maximizing the advantages of multiculturalism, and designing and perfecting the organization's new strategy.At the conclusion of this study, potential suggestions have been proposed, including creating multicultural intelligence for Chalon and all team members, building mutual trust and confidence, and enhancing Chalon's management style.
