The Silver Zephyr Case was one that intrigued me in many ways. It made me think of how things would be if I decided to open a business with six of my closest friends, which is something we would be very into doing. I see how my friend Paul opened his business and is now looking to allow his best friend join in him to create a partnership effort. I also have already helped my mom in her efforts to open a business, which is successful to date. When opening a business, there are many different forms in which a business could take. These forms all have different pros and cons which could be the determining factor of how one wants to set up their business. Two of the possibilities of how to set up a corporation are to set up a Subchapter S Corporation, also known as an S-Corp and a limited partnership corporation, and a simple corporation. Both of these forms of a corporation can be set up for different circumstances and different kinds of businesses. A Subchapter S Corporation is defined in the book as a type of corporation that is taxed by the federal
