It consists of an array of offerings from which you can choose.Furthermore, this module aims to help you assess your health-related fitnesswhile engaging in different recreational activities. The scope of this module allows itsuse in various learning experiences to assess individual health-related fitness inphysical education.CONTENT STANDARD:The learner demonstrates understanding ofrecreation as a habitin optimizing one’shealth, as requisite for PA performance, and asa career opportunityPERFORMANCE STANDARD:The learner leads recreational events withproficiency and confidence resulting inindependent pursuit and in influencing otherspositivelyLEARNING COMPETENCIES:Self-assessed health-related fitness (HRF)status, barriers to PA participation, and one’sdiet.CODE:PE12FH-IIg-i-6
