Micro- cannot be seen without magnification Gross - visible with unaided eye Know the specialties in physiology Human - functions in human body Cell- functions of living cells Special- specific organs System - all aspects of functions of specific organ systems Pathological- effects of disease on organ or system functions Know the six levels of organization from the smallest to the largest. Molecular, cellular, tissue, organ, organ system, organism Know all about homeostasis and homeostatic regulation. Homeostasis- The existence of stable internal environment in the human body Homeostatic Regulation- our bodies adjust to maintain homeostasis by using this
