2Networking RelationshipsThe art of meeting people and benefiting from those ties is known as relationshipnetworking. Obtaining information and leads to help build an organization is frequently anadvantage of these relationships. Any successful relationship, whether personal or professional,is unique to each couple of people and evolves through time. It's all about cultivating those tiesand keeping long term ties with other professionals when it comes to effective relationshipnetworking.Sharing is the goal of networking. It's all about building trust and assisting one another inachieving common goals. Engaging with my colleagues on a regular basis and looking for waysto help them strengthens the relationship. By doing so, am able to sow the seeds for reciprocalaid in the future when I will require aid to attain my objectives (Hughes, 2020).At Tech Pharmaceuticals Inc, I reached out to Frank Ammiratta, the Pharmacy Manager, he wasin charge of all medications and keeping the appropriate records. Working with him was easy aswe displayed openness, commitment and trust among us.
