2 Networking Relationships The art of meeting people and benefiting from those ties is known as relationship networking. Obtaining information and leads to help build an organization is frequently an advantage of these relationships. Any successful relationship, whether personal or professional, is unique to each couple of people and evolves through time. It's all about cultivating those ties and keeping long term ties with other professionals when it comes to effective relationship networking. Sharing is the goal of networking. It's all about building trust and assisting one another in achieving common goals. Engaging with my colleagues on a regular basis and looking for ways to help them strengthens the relationship. By doing so, am able to sow the seeds for reciprocal aid in the future when I will require aid to attain my objectives (Hughes, 2020). At Tech Pharmaceuticals Inc, I reached out to Frank Ammiratta, the Pharmacy Manager, he was in charge of all medications and keeping the appropriate records. Working with him was easy as we displayed openness, commitment and trust among us.
