1 Oculus Rift Case Let me introduce the subject, Oculus VR Company was formed by Palmer Luckey and three partners in 2012. It aims to develop and sell virtual reality (VR) products. After the launch of their first product, the famous virtual headset, their first goal was to reach 250,000 dollars. This was more than achieved as after a few years the company was bought by Facebook for $2.3 million in cash and stock. The problem is that this is a new product in the consumer market and therefore the company will face several uncertainties and challenges. Therefore, the various challenges and uncertainties that the company faced are that it had to, first of all, find investors, which is a problem, as they may not always be interested in the business of the company looking for an investor. Secondly, the product created is a new product that enters the market, which complicates the task of "proving that the product has potential". Finally, all these uncertainties lead to challenges.
