Whole grains (breads, cereals, etc.) veggies What are the best food sources of ZINC? Best source is beef then oysters, liver, eggs and seafood. What are the best food sources of IRON? Best source is liver then oysters and shellfish. It’s also found in leafy green veggies, but it’s better absorbed from animals. What percent of iron is absorbed? 5-10% What are the best food sources of PHOSPHEROUS? Found in nearly all foods especially milk and milk products and liver and other animal food protein sources What are the best food sources of SODIUM? Soy sauce, tomato soup, dill pickles, ham, hot dogs, chips and pretzels, MSG (monosodium glutamate), and processed foods. What are the best food sources of POTASSIUM?
