Who are “THEY”? 17-35 years who attend bars who have diverse taste in  music or any crowd that enjoys a high volume of beats per minute. B. What are “THEY” like? They thrill seekers individuals looking to have a good time the festival in the moment will them to forget about the things in life that  adds stress. Everyone needs a get away.  C. What do “THEY” do? These individuals come from all walks of life however  they have an urban edge to them. These individuals are college students,  quicken employees, young professionals who are working on a start up.
