Introduction New and social media can be defined as online social networks which encourage people to interact and exchange different types of information. Social media have grown in popularity in the last five years and they have revolutionized the way people from different cultural backgrounds interact. More importantly, traditional forms of interaction are losing their popularity to new and social media which allow internet users to keep abreast about different events and incidents taking place in various locations. Current technological advances make it easy for people to communicate with their friends, associates and families instantly through different electronic devices (Rose).
